Joined . ·. 2, Posts. #9 · . well, the race quality joints that take 21,lbs of pull force should be able to tame some sammy tires.. they're sold for racing, so that should tell you the quality. plus they're like, $15 each. just replace the ones you got with these and all done. im running all thuren fab steering componets, heim joint tie rod ends, drag link ends and trac bar ends. i can honestly say it was the BEST investment ive made on my truck. thurens kits require you to drill youre steering knuckles out to a 3/4" bolt hole though, so going back to a factory setup in not possible unless u replace the knuckles (i dont know what other kits require).
